After October 2005 earthquake, Hussaini Relief provided RELIEF related assistance to the community as under:

1. Relief Goods: During the early days of relief activities, Hussaini foundation covered 345 villages spread over the entire AJ & K and the earthquake affected areas of NWFP and thus provided the basic necessities of life to 51000 population that included 22000 people of own community. During these relief operations food, clothing, medicines and shelter were provided to the needy. The cost of these operations has been Rs. 151.75 millions.

2. Relief Camps: Besides the provision of relief goods, Hussaini Foundation supported over 3200 families till April 2006 in the relief camps of Islamabad, Muzaffarabad and Mansehra.

3. Tent Schools: Nine tent schools were established to help the earthquake affected children continue their basic education. These schools are providing quality education to 425 children. This strength is expected to swell to over 600 students in near future.

4. Temporary Mosques: 49 temporary Mosques were built during 2006 Muharram, 27 were provided sound equipment and 36 Mobbaligheen including two female were arranged for the community. During 2007 Muharram 35 additional mosques were provided sound equipment and 81 Mobbaligheen arranged for the community.
