1.
Construction of
Permanent Mosques: Hussaini Foundation plans to
construct over 100 mosques in the earthquake affected areas of
A J & K and NWFP, Pakistan. At present 16 mosques are under
construction. For these an amount of Rs. 1.131 millions has
been released to the committees formed for the purpose. For
planning purposes these mosques complexes have been divided in
to three categories i.e. small, medium and large costing Rs.
1.008 million to Rs. 2.00 million. Each mosque complex is
planned to have following components:
- Prayer Hall
- General purpose Community hall
- Ablution and wash room facilities, separate for male and
female.
- Residence for Aalam-e-Din
- Guest room for the visiting Ulamaa and Zaakreen
- Coaching center
- Ghusal-e-Mayiat
Out of the above
components first three are essential while the remaining four
optional.
2.
Construction of Dar-ul-Mawaddat
(Orphanage): Hussaini Foundation has undertaken
construction of two Dar-ul-Mawaddats as per following
details:-

Dar-ul-Mawaddat
(Ghazi Kot) Mansehra : A three Story building with covered
area of 13644 sq. ft is estimated to cost Rs. 11.60 Million.
Shall be able to accommodate 50 orphans. Building has been
completed and final touches are in progress. Funds
donated by a single donor.

Dar-ul-Mawaddat
(Al-Asghar Complex Muzaffarabad): This project is part of
Al-Asghar Complex and will accommodate 100 orphans. Details
may be seen in Al-Asghar Complex.
3.
Economic
Rehabilitation: Hussaini Foundation has launched an interest free
loan scheme to enable the poor families to stand on their
feet. Following projects are operational at this time
providing an opportunity to the affected families to earn
their livelihood. More such like projects are in the pipe
line.

At the moment
Hussaini foundation has the following major projects in hand:

Al-Asghar Complex:
Located in Jehlam Valley approximately 10-12 KMs from
Muzaffarabad, the capital of Azad Jammu and Kashmir. The
location has been selected due to its proximity to the airport
that almost touches the outskirts of the complex. This area
comprises a cluster of about six villages having approximately
500 families of SAADAT.
Area:
Presently 19 Kanals land has been
purchased for the Complex. Payment of land amounting to Rs. 48
lacs has been made.
Components:
Al-Asghar Complex is estimated to cost Rs. 63.45 millions
and is planned to house the following:-

Hospital:
A children hospital along with a Mother Care Ward. Spread
over 5 Kanal lands having 8100 sq. ft covered area.
Estimated cost is Rs 8.29 Million including Rs. 1 Million
cost of land.

High School:
Spread over 10 Kanal lands in the complex and having 11620
sq ft covered area. Estimated cost is Rs 12.458 Million
(Including Rs. 2.0 Million cost of land).

Dar-ul-Mawaddat:
This component of the complex will spread over 5 Kanal
lands having 12408 sq. ft covered area. The cost is
estimated as Rs 13.408 Million (including Rs. 1.00 Million
cost of land). Dar-ul-Mawaddat will have the space to
house 100 children.

Jamia Mosque:
The Mosque complex will spread over 3 Kanal lands with a
covered area of 11906 Sq. ft. Estimated cost is Rs 12.506
Million (including Rs. 0.6 Million cost of land). This is
partially being financed by Jafria Sports Club Dubai and
IMAMD USA.

Ghusal-i-Mayiat:
A room for Ghusal-i-Mayiat with 630 Sq. ft covered area
costing Rs. 1.00 Million (including Rs. 0.2 Million cost
of land and 1 lack 70 thousands for internal fixtures) is
also planned in the complex.

Residential block:
for the persons who will manage various components of the
complex and also the administrative staff needed to
efficiently run the entire setup. This is estimated to
cost 5.50 Million.

Rs. 10.3356
Million are estimated for common facilities/
infrastructure.
4.
Misbah Housing
Project (Kardala): This area is located in the suburbs of
Muzaffarabad, the capital of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, and on
the outer fringes of Muzaffarabad airport. It comprises a
cluster of about six villages have been badly struck by the
Earth Quake. 500 houses have been planned for
construction during the current year. 100 houses are nearing
completion. Funds donated by a single donor.
5.
Hajji Mesam Housing Project
(Paras):
In the picturesque Kaghan Valley of North West Frontier
Province of Pakistan at about two and a half hours traveling
distance from Mansehra is located a small town that is called
Paras. This place is fast becoming a focus of Hussaini
Foundation rehabilitation activities owing to the poor Saadaat
families residing in the area. 165 houses have been planned
which are nearing completion. Funds already donated by donors.
6.
HF Housing Project -
1: HF Housing Project-1. Under this project
construction of 2500 houses is underway. Out of these 2000 are
in A J & K and 250 in Mansehra and 250 in Kaghan Valley.
This project is in the final stages of completion.
7.
Misc. Housing Schemes
: A total of 44 houses as per following details:
a. Andy Statham Houses
:
A total of 15
houses costing 12000 $ (Pak Rs. 720000) have been constructed
in Muzaffarabad.
b. Mustafa
Gokal Houses :
Out
of Rs. 2.4 Million donations, 25 complete houses have been
constructed. 56 houses of Hussaini Colony in Jhelum Valley
have also been provided additional construction material
costing Rs. 1.15 Million in the shape of cement and steel, out
of this donation.
c. Two
houses have been sponsored by Dr. Ashiq Hussain and one house
by Dr. Nadeem Zafar.
d. One
house has been jointly sponsored by Dr. Tahir Hussain and lady
Zainab Mehdi Hassan.
Hussaini
Foundation is soon undertaking following projects for which
donation are welcome:

construction material to 2000 more families.

Mosques/Imambargah in 30 Villages.

Reconstruction of Water
Supply Schemes in 35 villages.

Construction of 8 primary
Schools.

Rehabilitation of Widows
and Orphans.

Expending the scope of
grant of interest free loan for rehabilitation of usual
business.
